We're a home-based bakery in NSW, baking fresh, small batches right here in our kitchen.
Q: Which markets do you go to?

Q: Would you attend other events as well?
Absolutely! Have a great event/market you like us to go to? Pick up "A good idea" on the Let's Chat page - we're always happy to visit new locations.
Q: What ingredients do you use?
We like to keep things simple and delicious! Our gingerbread is made with natural ingredients and contains gluten, dairy, and eggs. Our granola is made without those ingredients, but since everything is baked in our home-based kitchen, there’s a chance it may come into contact with gluten.
Q: Can I customise my order?
Yes! We currently offer customised bags - perfect for corporate gifts, events, or anyone you want to impress. You can add your logo to the packaging, and we’ll take care of the rest.
We’re still finalising the logo size and format guidelines, and customisation isn’t available directly at checkout just yet. But if you’re interested, simply reach out through our Let’s Chat page or leave us a message - we’ll get back to you within 24 hours to talk details and make sure everything’s just right.
Q: How do I place an order?
Choose your goodies, pick either delivery or pickup, then wait for our order confirmation email. We review each order by hand to make sure everything’s spot on.
Q: When will my order be ready?
Orders placed before 4pm are usually ready the next day. If you order after 4pm, your goodies will be ready the day after next for delivery - we bake fresh, small batches.
Q: How does delivery work?
We ship Australia-wide using tracked post. Delivery usually takes at least 3 days, depending on where you are - so keep that in mind when placing your order. If you order before 4pm, we typically ship the next day.
Larger or custom orders might need a bit more time - we’ll be in touch within 24 hours of your order to confirm estimated timeframes.
You’ll receive tracking once your goodies are on the move. If anything doesn’t look right when it arrives, give us a shout - we’re here to help.
Q: Can I pick up my order instead?
Absolutely – and it’s free! We’ve got a few easy pickup options to choose from at checkout:
Sydney CBD – Mondays & Thursdays
Chatswood – Wednesdays & Fridays
Market Days – Pick up directly from our stall (see list above!)
We’ll confirm pickup time and details by email after you order. It’s a great option if you’re nearby or want to skip the delivery wait.
Q: Can I make a big order for an event or team?
You sure can! We do individual bags or boxes, and can even brand the bags - perfect for gifting your team, customers, suppliers, or anyone who’s been extra nice this year.

Q: What if something’s wrong with my order?
Give us a shout as soon as you can! We’re here to sort it out and make sure you’re happy with your order.
