Food Safety & Local Rules

We’re a home-based bakery in NSW and follow all local food safety regulations, including the Food Standards Code and NSW Food Authority guidelines. Our kitchen is registered with our local council, and we do everything we can to keep things clean, safe, and up to scratch.

Ingredients & Allergens

We keep things simple - and delicious. Our gingerbread contains gluten, dairy, and eggs. Our granola is made without those ingredients, but since everything is baked in the same kitchen, there’s a small chance of cross-contact with gluten.

At this stage, we’re not able to offer allergy-friendly or dietary-specific options. We take care with every batch, but we can’t guarantee allergen-free handling.

Orders & Payment

Pick-up or delivery? That’s up to you - just choose your preferred option when ordering.

Once you place an order, we’ll review it and send you a confirmation message. Until you receive that confirmation, your order isn’t locked in - this helps us manage things clearly and fairly.

• Orders placed before 4pm are usually ready the next day.

• Orders placed after 4pm will be ready the day after next.

• We bake fresh and in small batches - thank you for giving us the time to do it right!

Payment is confirmed once we send the all-clear.

Delivery & Pickup

Once your order is ready, delivery typically takes up to 3 days.

We do our best to make sure your gingerbread and granola arrive fresh and in perfect shape. Once your order leaves our hands, it's in the care of our couriers - and while we can't control traffic or weather, we'll always do our best to help if something goes sideways.

Returns & Refunds

If something’s not right, please reach out as soon as you can. We’re a small team, but we care deeply about what we make and will always try to make things right.
